Sheridan Branch Manager
Sanderson Stewart is a premier engineering, surveying and community development consulting firm serving clients across Montana, Wyoming and the West. We are currently seeking a registered professional engineer to join our Sheridan, Wyoming office as a Sr. Civil Engineer/Branch Manager. This position is responsible for all duties related to management of an established branch office for a multi-service consulting firm.
Qualifications:
The Branch Manager’s mission is to grow the market share and reputation of the Sheridan office in the local and greater Wyoming market. The Branch Manager will manage the staff and resources of the Sheridan Office to achieve profitability, maintain positive client relationships, and integrate the Sheridan staff and practices into Sanderson Stewart. Candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years senior level project management experience in land development and/or municipal projects. Position requires knowledge in all aspects of Civil Engineering as it pertains to land development in Wyoming and Montana; including subdivision and site layout, site grading, storm water management, transportation, erosion control, permitting, specifications, and cost estimating. Successful candidate will have both design and management skills for the preparation of contract documents from the conceptual phase through construction, and will have a strong track record in personnel management and business development.
Minimum Requirements;
- 10—15 years Land Development and/or Municipal Engineering Experience
- BS in Civil Engineering; MS preferred
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills required to develop business, grow a branch office and act as the primary interface with clients of various backgrounds.
- Wyoming P.E. required
- Wyoming LS preferred but not required
