Shiloh Crossing Subdivision is a 74.3-acre major commercial development proposed along Shiloh Road on the rapidly developing "West End" area of Billings, Montana. Sanderson Stewart provided a full spectrum of land development services for this subdivision, including the site civil engineering and surveying services for platting and on-site improvements, as well as construction inspection and administration services.
Over the years, Sanderson Stewart has developed and nurtured a long-standing relationship with Billings Clinic that continues to help support and facilitate the growth of this state-of-the-art medical campus. From site and traffic engineering to street vacation and utilities relocation to construction engineering and surveying services, Sanderson Stewart has been a comprehensive provider of engineering services to Billings Clinic; most recently providing surveying services, engineering design and construction administration for reconfiguration and expansion of parking and circulation drive for the new $20 million trauma center.
Sanderson Stewart provided the site design, including a parking lot with bioswales, for the 44,430 square foot operations center, which is located in Gabel Subdivision as part of the Transtech Center. The building will initially house 225 employees, with an anticipated expansion of up to 26,177 square feet and 400 total people.
Sand Creek Town Centre is a 100-acre retail/lifestyle shopping district on the west side of Williston, North Dakota, which will feature big box stores, a movie theatre, restaurant, hotel, medical, and retail businesses to accommodate the needs of a rapidly growing Williston Basin. Sanderson Stewart is providing master planning, 3D rendering, graphic design, annexation, zoning, design, construction administration and construction staking services on this planned retail district that will provide much needed lifestyle amenities for this booming town, and will help to draw and retain the long-term residents Williston needs to support this enduring community.
